Stormwater Management Program Public Comment
The City of Church Hill is providing a period for the public to comment on the Stormwater Management Program. In accordance with the requirements set forth in the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems Permit (TNS000000). The public notice/comment period is a requirement of the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, Division of Water Resources, as part of changes in the most recently issued MS4 permit. Comments are welcome June 22, 2026, through June 30, 2026.
The public is invited to provide comments to info@churchhilltn.gov. A copy of the Stormwater Management Program is also available for review at the City of Church Hill website www.churchhilltn.gov or in the Fire Chief’s Office during regular business hours.
